Refund policy

Novaderm wants you to love your products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded — except where the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).

 

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at michael@tenetmedia.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

 

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
